Andrew really likes to walk the halls! We also have a picture here with Natalie Jade (Feng Yu Qing) his friend from the orphanage. It was a relief to know she was being adopted also! One of our guides, Steed, is helping us do our red inked thumbprints and Andrew's footprint on the official papers. After the visit to the Civil Affairs office on 3/31, he was officially ours in the eyes of China. We get his Chinese passport on Thursday. Had to review the papers again for them to make sure all spelling and numbers, etc are correct. (At least what was in English. Can't read the pinyan!) YIIIIPPPPEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
